Back to school 2020: Access policy for the different branches of the Vauban University Library

BU Vauban Library

The Vauban University Library team is glad to welcome you back for the beginning of a new Academic year!

The access policy for the 4 branches of the library (The main branch located at 60 Rue du Port in Lille, the IFsanté library in Lomme, the EDHEC library in Roubaix and the Law School Library in Issy-les-Moulineaux) had to be adapted due to the current sanitary conditions.

For the main branch (Rue du Port in Lille): you can access the study rooms only after having booked a seat either on the Affluences website or by downloading the Affluences app on your smartphone.

By anticipating your stay, you are sure to find a seat as the number of seats is reduced.

For more information on how to book a seat:

You do not have to book a seat for the other 3 branches.

•   For all the branches: The physical collections in the study rooms are no longer accessible to the public. You need to book the items you wish to take out on loan 24h in advance by following these steps; should you need help, you can ask the librarians at the reception desk (the book reservation system is under development for the Issy-les-Moulineaux branch)

You will have to follow the sanitary regulations on display at the entrance of each branch, wearing a mask is mandatory during your whole stay at the library. The copy machines, printers and computers are not accessible anymore until further notice.

We would like to kindly remind you that the digital collections are accessible on our website 24/7, giving you access to around 55 000 online journals, 65 000 eBooks and a great number of specialized electronic resources:
